Do you have a passion for DIY? Whether you enjoy working on household projects or outdoor tasks you could be the Salesperson we’re looking for to join our Tools and Machinery departments on a part-time basis at our Downtown Garden Centre.
As a Sales Assistant, you will focus on offering an excellent customer service in a busy and varied environment, building rapport, interacting with customers, and delivering expert product recommendations to tailor items to the individual customer’s needs.
You will be a key team player, with superb communication skills and good levels of self-motivation. Prior experience working in retail or an interest in tools and machinery products is beneficial, but not essential and full training will be provided.
Hours are 20 per week to be worked during store opening times across up to five days a week, including weekends. A flexible approach to working days and times is desirable and you should be available to work varying shift patterns if required.
