Position: Donation Centre Supervisor
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Salary: £22,000
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent, 8am to 4pm any of five of seven days

What you will be doing:
- Ensure that all donated goods are sorted, prepared and distributed to the charity shops
- Deal with all general enquiries into the department via email, phone and face to face
- Ensure that stock is stored in an orderly manner
- Complete all relevant administrative tasks/duties including the receiving and processing of shop consumable orders, shops stock orders and any supplier queries.
What we are looking for
- Knowledge and experience of working in a customer focused environment
- Process driven
- Experience of working in retail desirable
- Effective communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude
